Select 90 minutes flight time and use the flight for your SEP (land) extension.

The flight is currently booked via our trial flight product. This option offers special added value for pilots.

The total duration of 90 minutes is made up of two useful components:

  • Approx. 30 minutes briefing on the seaplane / SEP (Sea)
  • around 60 minutes flight time, which can be relevant as a required check flight for many SEP (land) extensions

This allows you to combine a necessary flying activity with a new and extraordinary experience.

Everything you need to know about a trial flight in a seaplane

Do I need a flying license?

No. The trial flight is also possible without a flight license.
You fly together with an experienced seaplane pilot and flight instructor and get a guided insight into seaplane flying.

During the flight, you will have the opportunity to get to know the aircraft under supervision and control it yourself.
The pilot remains responsible for the flight at all times.

No. The flight is carried out as a briefing / trial flight.
Therefore, no other persons can be taken along as passengers.

The flight begins with a short briefing.
This is followed by a joint flight with take-off and landing on the water and a short debriefing.

Flights of 35, 45 and 90 minutes are available.
The longer the flight, the greater the flight radius and insight into water flying.

The implementation is dependent on weather and conditions.
If a flight cannot take place, a new date will be arranged.
